Nayantra seems to be in a no-holds-barred mood.

Nayantra, whose lip-smacking posters of Vallavan were such a controversial rage, is unfazed by the negative publicity.

She says "I will act in kissing scenes if the script demands to do so".

"What's wrong in appearing in kissing scenes", asks the actress from Malluwood who is one of the busy actresses in Kollywood today with half-a-dozen ventures on hand.

With regard to Vallavan posters, she says "my director (Silambarasan) wanted me to pose in such a way for the photographs and I did. An actress has to do what the director demands from her in a film"

Moving away from controversies, Nayantra is chuffed at her own rapid rise in Kollywood.

"I never expected that I would make it big with just a couple of releases in Tamil filmdom". Nayantra is currently busy shooting for Ghajini in AVM Studios.

"I am ready to do glamorous roles and would continue to do so as long as my fans want to appear in such roles".

Surely, the fans are not complaining.
