'Elektra', a Malayalam movie starring Nayanthara in the lead, will be hitting the screens in Telugu as 'Lady Tiger'.  To be produced by Suresh Doodala and presented by CR Rajan, the movie is directed by Shyam Prasad.  

A psychological drama, this one also stars Prakash Raj, Manisha Koirala, Biju Menon and others.  Music is by Alphons Joseph.  The cinematography is by Sanu Varghese.  

Prakash Raj has played a dual role in this 2010 Mollywood entertainer.  

Why was it titled Elektra in Malayalam?  "In Neo-Freudian psychology, the Electra complex, as proposed by Carl Gustav Jung, is a girl’s psychosexual competition with her mother for the possession of her father. The film's plot revolves around this concept," says a post on the film's Wiki page.

Rajasekhar Reddy has penned the dialogue.  Venijendla Srirammorthy has penned the songs.
