That Nayanthara is the top most heroine in South Indian cinema today has already become an adage. After the hat trick success of 'Thanioruvan' 'Maaya' and 'Naanum Rowdy Dhaan' the highly talented actress films like 'Idhu Namma Aalu' with Sillambarasan and 'Thirunaal' with Jiiva and 'Kashmora' with Karthi. She has also acted with Malayalam superstar Mammootty in 'Puthiya Niyamam' which is expected to hit the screens for Christmas 2015.

Today two new films of Nayanthara have been launched. One is her first film with National award winning actor Vikram which will be directed by Anand Shankar of 'Arima Nambi' fame. Another one is a new Telugu film with Venkatesh, which will be directed by Maruthi. Ghibran is scoring music for this untitled Telugu film.

Apart from these she also has a female oriented film to be produced by Sarkunam.

We hope 2016 is as merrier as 2015 for Nayanthara the ageless actress.
