Superstar actress Nayanthara is going to become a married woman next month. It's learned that the 'Sye Raa' beauty's wedding date is June 9. She and her beau, Vignesh Shivan, are preparing for the day.

Earlier this week, the duo was to Shirdi. Their wedding is scheduled to take place in a low-key manner in Tirumala. The buzz is that they don't want the wedding to be a big-scale event owing to their principles. 

A few days ago, Shivan wrote a heart-felt note addressing his girlfriend. "Thank you for being the pillar of strength in my life! The pat on the back that you give me...! How much you are there for me!!! Every time I have been low and clueless in my life! The way u have stood by me .. made me take decisions and how much you have been there for me as a companion," the Kollywood filmmaker wrote on Instagram.

Shivan-directed 'Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal' ('Kanmani Rambo Khatija' in Telugu) is a hit in Tamil. Co-starring Vijay Sethupathi, Nayan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu, the film was released on April 28. It failed to click at the box-office in Telugu.
