Actress Nayanthara who is busy acting in many films at a time has taken time out of her busy schedule to watch 'Theri' on its day of release.

It is worth noting that 'Theri' director Atlee's debut film 'Raja Rani' and its phenomenal success was crucial for Nayanthara to stabilize her acting career in Kollywood after a brief gap.

The highly talented actress with back to back super hits has been apparently impressed with 'Theri' and has called it is a entertainer which will be liked by every one. She has also appreciated her 'Villu' co-star Vijay's performance in the film as something that would appeal to everyone and not just the star's hardcore fans.

Rumors have it that Nayan was the initial choice for the Mithra character in 'Theri', played by Samantha.

'Theri' that released on April 14 has made record collections for a Vijay starrer in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Theatrical collections at the other centers are also extremely good as per trade sources.
