Earlier this week IndiaGlitz had reported that Nayanthara will be acting in a woman-centric film directed by Chakri Toleti of 'Unnaippol Oruvan' and 'Billa 2' fame.

Today being the Birthday of the Lady Superstar the makers seems to have felt it to be the best day to make the first official announcement about the project and they have done that by releasing the first look poster.

The film has been titled as 'Kolaiyuthir Kaalam' which is also the title of the famous horror novel of writer Sujatha. The big surprise is that youth music icon Yuvan Shankar Raja will be making his debut as a producer with this film. He will also be producing the film under his newly launched YSR Films banner apart from rendering the musical score. The film will also mark the Kollywood debut of famous Bollywood producer Vasu Bhagnani.

Bobby Baumgartner will work as the cinematographer. Rameshwar S.Bhagat will be the Editor.

In the first look poster Nayan poses a frightened look with a hand closing her mouth. From this we could guess that 'Kolayuthir Kaalam' will be a mystery thriller.

We will have to wait for official information on the commencement and other details of this exciting project
