R.J. Balaji is basking in the glory of having delivered 'LKG' his debut movie as hero and writer which has become one of the biggest blockbuster hits of the year. He has been out of the limelight for the past few months devoting the time to write his next screenplay which he will also be directing.

It is now revealed that Balaji's film has been titled 'Mookuthi Amman' and will feature Nayanthara in the lead role. It is said that the film will be an out and out spiritual subject like Rama Narayanan's 'Paalayathu Amman' and 'Pottu Amman'. The project is bankrolled by Vels Films International and the announcement will be made during the India vs Bangladesh T20I finals that will be played on November 10th. R.J. Balaji will be commentating for the match and will use the platform to unveil his next avatar as director.
