Lady Superstar Nayanthara is noted for her powerful on-screen performances and she has been largely focusing on thrillers ever since she started headlining the cast starting from 'Maya' which released in the year 2015.

Most recently Nayan started experimenting and appeared as a goddess with comical touches in the hit film 'Mookuthi Amman' costarring and directed by R.J. Balaji. Now she is taking that up one step further in one of her new projects.

According to insiders in Kollywood, after a six-year hiatus, director Yuvaraj Dhayalan is gearing up to start his next project and has narrated a comical script which impressed her and she reportedly gave her nod.

Yuvaraj has directed three comedy films 'Potta Potti' starring cricketer Sadagopan Ramesh and 'Thenali' and 'Eli' both starring Vadivelu. The film is expected to go on floors in the last quarter of 2021 and the official announcemnet will be made soon.

Fans can sure expect a laugh riot soon featuring Nayanthara which will not only be refreshing to them but also to the star herself
