The fun-filled teaser of Nayanthara’s next movie rocks the internet!

Lady Superstar Nayanthara, the leading actress in the south Indian film industry, is set to step into the Bollywood arena soon with Shah Rukh Khan’s movie. Now, the teaser of her upcoming Malayalam film was launched on the internet. 

Nayanthara is playing the lead lady in Alphonse Puthren’s next directorial ‘Gold’, co-starring Prithviraj Sukumaran. Alphonse Puthren is returning to making movies after nearly 7 years post the blockbuster ‘Premam’. The 2.5 minute long video gives vibes of the director’s debut film ‘Neram’ and features Nayanthara in a cute casual avatar eating popcorn with a pulsating BGM. 

Alphonse Puthren himself has taken care of editing, stunts, VFX, animation, colour grading, screenwriting and direction in ‘Gold’. The teaser read that the movie will have plenty of guest appearances from a bunch of actors. Produced by Prithviraj Productions & Magic Frames, ‘Premam’ fame music composer Rajesh Murugesan has scored music for the movie. 

On the work front, Nayanthara is awaiting the release of ‘Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal’, directed by Vignesh Shivan. She recently wrapped up her portions in Chiranjeevi and Mohan Raja’s ‘Godfather’, the Telugu remake of the Malayalam blockbuster ‘Lucifer’.
