Nayanthara’s two back to back projects with Vikram

We already know that actress Nayanthara will be pairing up with Vikram for the first time in the film to be directed by Anand Shankar of 'Arima Nambi' fame. The shoot of this much expected project is expected to begin next week.

Now we have learned from reliable sources that Nayanthara is part of another project with Vikram. This is not a film, but the 'Spirit of Chennai' song that is being directed by Vikram with a host of film industry celebrities.

Nayanthara has shot for the song today in Chennai. The song already includes many other top film celebrities like Suriya, Jayam Ravi, Prabhas, Puneeth Rajkumar, Vijay Sethupathi, Rana Daggubatti, Bobby Simha and Hansika. Vikram is also trying to make Vijay and Ajith appear in this song intended as a tribute to the volunteers who raised up to the cause of relief and rescue efforts when Chennai was struck by the Deluge of rains and floods in December 2015.

Nayanthara's inclusion is definitely going to add phenomenal attraction for the song and the wait for the release of the video has become tougher now.
