The reigning queen of South Indian cinema Nayanthara is now considered on par with big heroes as far as the box office is concerned and her movies are most anticipated by fans as well. Her woman centric action thriller 'Imaikka Nodigal' has been submitted to the censors and the running time has been revealed to be at 2 hours and 50 minutes. It is quite long for a film nowadays as most are clocked at just over 2 hours but it is reported that the strong content and Nayanthara's star power will keep the audiences tied to their seats.

'Imaikka Nodigal' directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu and produced by Cameo Films has Nayanthara, Atharvaa Murali, Raashi Khanna and Anurag Kashyap in the lead roles while Vijay Sethupathi makes a cameo appearance. One of the many highlights is Hip Hop Tamizha's music score for this thriller which is expected to release by the end of August or early September.
