Nayanthara and her fiance Vignesh Shivan (Kollywood filmmaker) are going to get married on June 9. The other day, they met with Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin and his son actor-producer Udhayanidhi Stalin to invite them over to their wedding.

Nayanthara's wedding will be held at a five-star hotel in Mahabalipuram as per Hindu traditions. A grand reception will be held for the who's who of the film industry a day before the wedding.

The couple will make their wedding details official anytime on Tuesday or later. So far, they have not made any statement directly pertaining to the wedding. Netflix is reportedly going to stream their wedding and the same will be helmed by Gautam Menon.

Shivan-directed 'Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal' ('Kanmani Rambo Khatija' in Telugu) is a hit in Tamil. It has grossed a whopping Rs 65 Cr. The couple is extremely happy and are seeing it as a good sign. Co-starring Vijay Sethupathi, Nayan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu, the film was released on April 28.
