Its been a decade and a half since Nayanthara debuted in Tamil cinema in 'Aiyya' opposite Sarathkumar and she has since paired up with all the leading heroes including Rajini, Ajith, Vijay, Suriya, Simbu, Dhanush, Sivakarthikeyan and Vijay Sethupathi among others. Her long pending dream is of course sharing screen space with Kamal Haasan.

It is now reportedly confirmed that Nayan has signed the dotted lines for starring opposite the Ulaganayagan in 'Indian 2' directed by Shankar and produced by Lyca Productions. The sources add that a big sum has been paid in advance and a huge salary has been fixed for the Lady Superstar who is super busy juggling her women centric films along with her other major commitments in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam.
