Nayanthara couldn't control her emotions watching Jeevan Shankar's 'Amarakavyam'. The movie apparntly remined the actress about her past relationships. The movie's touching moments made her cry for a long time and the actress was seen drying her tears and sniffling right through the screening. Nayanthara was invited for this private screening by co-star Arya, whose younger brother Sathyan is the movie's protagonist. Sources close to her revealed that the actress was so emotionally touched by the movie with its evokation of bygone moments of love, that she could not stop crying.
Director Jeevan Shankar confirmed the reports saying that the actress had called him up after some days saying that certain scenes still lingers even after five days since the screening. The director also expressed happiness that his movie could make such an impact and that Nayanthara's tears are in fact an appreciation for his efforts.
