It has been reported that the pooja of Nayanthara's next film took place yesterday. It is a milestone for the Lady Superstar as it is her 75th film and also has a strong connection with 'Raja Rani' one of her biggest hits to date.

Nayanthara, who is the most sought after leading lady in Tamil and Telugu has also forayed into Bollywood with 'Jawan' directed by Atlee which has Shah Rukh Khan in the lead role. A few months ago, a new film tentatively titled 'Lady Superstar 75' was announced bankrolled by ZEE Studios and Trident Arts.

'Lady Superstar 75' is directed by Shankar's assistant Neil Krishna went on floors on March 18th in Chennai with a formal pooja. The film reunites the 'Raja Rani' trio of Jai, Sathyaraj and Nayanthara while Redin Kingsley is also in the cast. Nayanthara's next release is 'Iraivan' directed by Ahmed which has Jayam Ravi in the lead.
