Nawazuddin Siddiqui's talent needs no introduction. With several iconic performances over years, he has cemented his place in Bollywood and has played a major role in revolutionizing the world of Hindi entertainment. Nawaz is now beginning to get global accolades for his power packed performances as he was recently nominated for a Emmy Award in the Best Actor cetrgory for his film 'Serious Men'.

Although he didn't bag the award, Nawaz was elated just by the nomination itself. "For me getting recognised and nominated on such a huge level is something I had never dreamt of in my wildest dreams," he said. Nawaz was in awe of Scottish actor David Tennant, who ultimately won the award.

Nawaz said, "David Tenant who is nominated with me in the same category makes me feel extremely special. I have watched Des, Hamlet and many other films. He is a performer to watch for and he portrays every scene and character to its perfection and getting nominated alongside such a talented man means a lot."

On the work front, Nawaz is currently working on Kangana Ranaut's 'Tiku Weds Sheru' and he is awaiting the release of 'Jogira Sara Ra Ra' where he stars alongside Neha Sharma.
