Navya enters Kannada

Navya Nair, one of the most intelligent actress from Malluwood , found herself in the midst of rumors when she was acting with Cheran in 'Mayakannadi', that released few weeks ago. But the director came to her help with denying the rumors saying, I have often heard stories that I fall in love with all the heroines whom I work with. It isn't true. I was never able to look at her as Navya the actress. In her I saw the characters of Maragadham and Kannamma.
Anyway Navya's role in the film was well appreciated. The actress who was waiting for the big things to happen with the release of ÂMayakannadi has now decided to try a hand in Kannada films. She has agreed to act in the new film titled ÂKaja' .The film will have young hero Dharshan as the hero.
After a long time she has got a couple of films in Malayalam. She is also the recipient of this years Amritha Vallinakshatram Awards for the best actress.
