With the recently released TVF miniseries 'Aspirants', actor Naveen Kasturia has become relevant and popular again. The actor shot to fame when he starred in the 2015 web show 'Pitchers'. It is credited to revolutionize the OTT business in India. Now that TVF is planning the second seaosn of this fan favourite show, Naveen Kasturia recalls how desperate he was for season 2 to happen.

Naveen shared, "At the time, I would think a lot about what would happen to my career if season 2 of Pitchers didn’t happen." 'Pitchers' was like nothing people has seen before, which is why it became a rage among youngsters and actors become digital media icons.

Naveen said, "I would feel like a star when Pitchers came out. But as soon as its impact ended, I would get calls for auditions for smaller parts. In my head, I thought I would get better opportunities after Pitchers. But I was like, ‘what’s happening with me?’ So, I was desperately waiting for Pitchers season 2."

Naveen's 'Pitchers' co-star Jitendra Kumar went on to star in several acclaimed shows and movies and we hope Naveen gets to show his talent as well.
