Hours after sections of the media have reported that Navdeep and some unknown friends of his ran away from a rave party yesterday night at a farm house following a raid by the police and the excise department, some of his friends among the film fraternity are seen defending Navdeep's narrative of the incident.

Navdeep, as is known, has claimed that it was a private family function. Latest, he has shared a pic, saying that it's the "rave party" he had. Seen in the pic are some children dancing and merrying.

Following this, actor Nani has said saying, "Next time am in Babai .. Love rave parties like this." Madhu Shalini has retweeted some of Navdeep's tweets defending himself.

Also, Brahmaji has said that he was present there and that no rave party was held. Suman Varma, who is a relative of RGV and a close aide of him, said that he was passing through the farm house when the party was going on and that there was no rave party happening there.
