Except Superstar Rajinikanth, the names of none of the other star cast members of director Pa.Ranjith's 'Kaala Karikaalan' have been announced. Ranjih has said that the names of cast members will be announced tomorrow.

But now an young actress has jubilantly shared with her fans about her being part of this much expected film to be produced by Dhansuh.

Actress Anjali Patil who has acted in Hindi. Telugu, Kannada, Marathi and Sinhala films has confirmed that her next film is 'Kaala' with the "one and only Thalaiva". This will be her debut film in Tamil.

Anjali has won the Special Mention National Award for her performance in the Telugu film 'Na Bangaru Talli' in 2013. She also played the lead role in Sinhalese film 'With You Without You' and won the Presidential Award of Sri Lanka under the Best Actress category.

'With You Without You' directed by Sinhala filmmaker Prasanna Vithanage could not be screened in Tamil Nadu as it faced stiff opposition from Pro-Eelam groups of Tamil Nadu.
