Nargis Fakhri gives dieting tips to Ileana D'cruz

The much-awaited trailer of Balaji Motion Pictures’ Main Tera Hero is finally out and as expected the promo bears all the trademarks of the filmmaker David Dhawan. Bright and colourful sets, pretty ladies, a crazy hero and some smart dialogues - you name it and the film has it all!

What we hear is that Nargis Fakhri made her co-star Ileana D’cruz go on a special juice diet for one of the scene in the film wherein they are showing of their curves! And that’s not all! Insiders say that Nargis has herself shed oodles of weight with this diet!

I had a great time shooting in Bangkok. While I was there I have always wanted to try a juice cleanse. I've heard and researched great things about giving your body a break from regular/junk food so I decided to try a 6 day juice cleanse. I lost 3 kilos in 6 days. So Ileana got curious and I convinced her to try it but she only lasted one day, revealed Nargis, who has one of the hottest best body in Bollywood!

Well, looking at their curves in the trailer, we are sure that the juice diet worked wonders for them! And all thanks to Nargis for this breathtaking output!

A contemporary commercial Bollywood Entertainer, ‘Main Tera Hero’ features Varun Dhawan, and it will hit the screens on April 4.
