Narendra Modi writes a superb letter to MS Dhoni

Days after MS Dhoni announced his retirement, Narendra Modi on Thursday wrote a letter to the legendary cricketer. He was all praise for the former skipper in the letter.

One hundred and thirty crore Indians were disappointed but also eternally grateful for all that you have done for Indian cricket, the Prime Minister says in the letter.

Rising from humble beginnings in a small town, you burst onto the national scene, made a name for yourself and most importantly made India proud, Modi says. He makes a special mention of the 2007 T-20 World Cup final match.
