At a time when one the biopic of the foremost freedom fighters, Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy, is being made as a richly-mounted film, there is a demand that the heroic legend be accorded the recognition of a national warrior.

Leading the demand is Kethireddy Jagadeeswarareddy, a film personality and the convenor of Telugu Bhasha Parirakshana Vedika. As per his own claim, he has already called on the President of India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and quite a few Ministers and MPs in this regard.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has also been urged to institute a statue of Narasimha Reddy in Amaravati.

The buzz is that 'Sye Raa', starring Megastar Chiranjeevi, Amitabh Bachchan, Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathy and others, will be shot from March, again.
