Narain, who had been rearing some different, intense procedure for selecting his roles, has recently announced that he has changed his preferences. ''I have always believed in working on only one film at a time. But now, I am open to doing more than one film at a time".

With this change in mindset, Narain is now finding himself, right amidst a number of good roles. Last week we had reported about him being cast in a strong negative role in the new Mohanlal movie 'Grandmaster' by B Unnikrishnan. And the new one that he is on is from the biggie, Shaji Kailas, who had created many action heroes in Mollywood.

Narain's first coming together with Shaji Kailas will be for an interesting role as a cop, rumoured to be inspired from the Kamalhassan movie 'Kakkichattai'. Vandhana will play the female lead in this movie which will be scripted by Rajesh Jayaraman. The film, to be produced in the banner of Shoot at sight, will be on sets by the end of January.
