Srinivasa Raga of Katha fame is directing Nara Rohit and Nithya Menen in Okkadine. The film is almost done, except the climax scenes and three songs, which will be done by the first half of July. "We will shoot the climax scenes, in which all the cast members will participate, at Ramoji Film City, from June 27. Of the three songs, the club song will also be shot here," producer CV Reddy. Said.

"The film explores the extremities in family relationships. Nithya is playing a beautiful role here," he adds. Naga Babu, Chandra Mohan, Sai Kumar, Kota, Brahmanandam, MS Narayana, Banarjee, Jeevi, Ali, Srinivasa Reddy, Sathya Krishna, Sudha, 'Delhi' Rajeshwari are seen in the film. Music is by Karthik. Chintapalli Ramana is the dialogue-writer. Talking about the film's theme, the director says that Okkadine revolves around a youngster who pines for familial love. He wishes to find a girl who shares a similar outlook in life. Does he find one in Nithya? That is suspense for now.
