Even as Nara Rohith is bracing up for the release of 'Jyo Achyuthananda' and 'Appatlo Okadundevadu', here comes the news that a third is up for release in the coming weeks. It's the now-forgotten 'Sankara', directed by Tatineni Satya. A remake of the Tamil hit 'Mouna Guru' (whose Hindi remake 'Akira' is set to hit the screens on Sept 2), it has Regina Cassandra in the lead role.

The movie tells the story of a youngster who reacts to the wrongs around him. When he is put in a hostel, he gets embroiled in a crime not of his making. The film was completed two years ago, but could not see the light of the day.

Producer Chandramouli Prasad has said that the film is being released at a time when the Hindi remake is releasing. 'Sankara', in which the story revolves around a male lead (and not a female lead as is the case with 'Akira'), is slated for a Sept 16 release.
