Nara Rohit debuts as singer

Pawan Kalyan, NTR Jr, Allu Arjun, Mahesh Babu and Nara Rohit have one thing in common! Guess what, they are actors turned singers. According to reports, the Rowdy Fellow star is the new entrant of the ever growing list of actors, who picked up a mike to sing. Sources say Rohit has crooned a song for the first time in his upcoming rom-com Savitri, at the behest of music composer Shravan.

A source in the know explains that there is a wonderful song in the film and Shravan wanted Nara Rohit to sing it as the actor's voice would give a value addition to the song. And the answer from the actor is an immediate yes'. Directed by Pavan Sadhineni, Savitri will see Nandita Raj as the love interest of Rohit. VB Rajendra Prasad is producing this film slotted for release on March 25.
