'Dasara' is the title of Nani's 29th movie. Producer Sudhakar Cherukuri today made the project official. Directed by newcomer Srikanth Odela, the film has Keerthy Suresh as the heroine. "Glad to be sharing screen space with Nani once again after 'Nenu Local'. Very excited for this project, can’t wait to start shooting," the 'Mahanati' actress wrote on Twitter.

An announcement teaser titled 'Siren Of Dasara' was unveiled today. Going by the video, Nani is set to do an action-driven role in the movie.

With music by Santhosh Narayanan, the film has cinematography by Sathyan Sooryan. Editing is by Navin Nooli. Avinash Kolla is the production designer.

Meanwhile, Nani is gearing up for the theatrical release of 'Shyam Singha Roy' in December. Directed by Rahul Sankrityan, it has Sai Pallavi, Keerthy Suresh and Madonna Sebastian as the female leads. The 'Tuck Jagadish' actor is shooting for 'Ante Sundaraniki' under Vivek Athreya's direction. Both this and 'Dasara' will hit the screens in 2022.
