Disney's crown jewel, ‘The Lion King’, is much in the news. Coming up with "ground-breaking technology that re-imagines the greatest story ever told", it is going to be dubbed in Telugu. Disney is bringing together Brahmanandam and Ali to voice for Pumbaa and Timon, respectively. What is more, Ravi Shankar (of the 'Bommalli ninnu vadhala' fame) and Jagapathi Babu have been roped into dub for Mufasa and Scar in the Telugu version of the flick.

Latest, the film's Simba will have his voice dubbed by Natural Star Nani. The 'Jersey' actor is expected to add value to the character with his endearing and much-familiar voice. The Hindi version has the same character getting voice dubbed by Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan.

Directed by ‘Iron Man’ and ‘The Jungle Book’ fame director, Jon Favreau, Disney’s The Lion King will release on July 19 in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and English.
