'Akshara' stars Nandita Swetha in the lead. It will go on the floors in the month of December. The movie was today launched at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad. Dil Raju, industrialist Raghuram Krishnam Raju, Sudheer Varma, Karthikeya (of RX 100 fame), Vijay Rahul, Kalyan Krishna and others graced the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, Nandita Swetha thanked director Chinni Krishna for choosing her for the main role. "I will be seen as a responsible person in the movie. I am a bit nervous but confident because the story is so good," she said.

Besides the 'Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavada' heroine, three others will play important roles in the movie.

Music is by Suresh Bobbili. Cinematography is by G Siva. Editing is by G Sathya. Art direction is by Suresh Babu Timmiri. Costume Designer is Gauri Naidu. It will be produced by Suresh Varma Alluri and Ahiteja Bellamkonda.
