Another leading heroine in Arvind Swamy's 'Vanangamudi'

As we have reported earlier, Arvind Swamy will be teaming up with his 'Pudhayal' director Selva after almost two decades for a film titled as 'Vanangamudi'. This film will have Ritika Singh as the female lead. Both the actors will be seen as cops in the film.

Now we learn that Nandita Shweta has also been roped in for he project for another important female character. National Award winning actor Thambi Ramaiah who played Arvind Swamy's father in 'Thani Oruvan' is also acting in an important role in 'Vanangamudi'.

The makers are in the process of finalizing other artists and technical crew members. The shooting is expected to start on the 14th of this month.

Meanwhile Nandita's next release will be director Selvaraghavan's horror flick 'Nenjam Marappathillai' which is expected to hit the screens on February 24, 2017.
