Directed by Ram Shiva, Nanda Nanditha is the remake of a Kannada film. It is a love story set in the backdrop of Vizag's slums. "The film's feel is on the lines of 7/G Brindavan Colony and Premisthe. There is action in the movie. The many action sequences shot on me have come out really well", Surya Prathap, the film’s hero says.

Meghana Raj is the heroine of the film. Set to release on March 9 in 70 theatres across the State, the film has music by Amil Ahmad. Produced by Chinta Ramachandra Reddy, the film is releasing a day after Mr. Nookaiah and Renigunta.

Vennelakanti's dialogues and Bhuvanachandra's lyrics are awaited in this straight Telugu film. Nassar and ‘Shubhalekha’ Sudhakar are playing key roles in the film.

It is to be seen if the Telugu audience get entertainment from this Kannada remake. The recent Kannada remake Nandeeshwarudu, was a big flop.
