Namitha Pramod has been playing a couple of roles as a dancer in her recent movies. She was one in the recently released 'Chandrettan Evideya' for which she has been getting rave reviews. She says that she could only practice the classical dance steps one day prior to the shoot. Also, she is not a trained dancer, she is passionate about dancing.

Namitha revealed that KPAC Lalitrha, who was also part of 'Chandrettan Evideya' once told her that though she is not a dancer by birth, she is one by karma. She will once again essay the role of a dancer in her upcoming movie, 'Amar Akbar Anthony'. She plays Geni, a cinematic dancer from Fort Kochi. She is bold and outgoing and is ready to face any challenge. A Prithviraj fan, the actress is excited to be sharing screen with him in the movie, which also stars Jayasurya and Indrajith in the lead roles.
