Namitha doesn't like glamour

Namitha is acting in half-a-dozen movies in Tamil now. One more in the list is Neelaganda, Kannada movie opposite Ravichandran.
Speaking to reporters recently in Bangalore, Namitha expressed her disappointment at being branded as glamour doll. Though I have immense acting potential, I wonder why I am typecast as glam doll, especially in Tamil cinemas.
Going further she said, 'Neelaganda will give her a fresh lease of life for she has a role which demands performance from her rather than a skin show'.
On acting opposite senior artistes, she says, 'A sense of security prevails, when I act with senior artistes'.
