Name a district after Alluri Sitharama Raju: Pawan Kalyan

Marking Alluri Sitharama Raju's jayanti on Saturday, actor-politician Pawan Kalyan urged the government to name a district in the State after the legendary freedom fighter.
The courageous fight of Manyam Alluri Sitharama Raju remains an inspiration for the oppressed classes. Though his contribution is not being hailed by some leaders and newspapers, the path shown by him will always continue to be an inspiration to the suppressed sections of society. His supreme sacrifice inculcates idealism in youngsters, the Jana Sena chief said.
He added, The warrior's village Pandrangi must be developed as a tourism spot. I suggest that the government name one district after the warrior of Manyam as part of district reorganization.
