Besides being an entertainment media the cinema focusing on valuable contents for the growth of self respect, concern towards society would be a boon for the developing country. Good Samaritans are required today. This is what the director Jayanth has attempted at. He has entertainment and food for thought. Anirudh playing the central role has been extremely good. This is his career best role.

The vibrant youngster Soorya (Anirudh) has to tame Jennifer (Vidisha) staying in the hostel. For this Soorya has to fulfill five conditions set by Jennifer father Srinivas (played by Ananthnag). Jennifer has to give up aversion to men, she has to admit Srinivas as her father, should love a person to marry and at any cost she should not love Soorya. The completion of this task by Soorya would fetch him Rs.5 lakhs. Soorya has agreed to these terms and condition and reached the hostel in a hilly place. Jennifer is a straightforward girl is angry with her father as he is responsible for her mother's death. She wages a long battle with Soorya once he comes to her place. Soorya once gives the treatment to hiccup of Jennifer and that solves the major problem. Now Jennifer friend in the hostel hatches another plot and that confirms that Jennifer is in love with Soorya. Now the decks are cleared for Srinivas. He learns why Soorya is behind money and is startled with the noble thoughts of him at this young age. Finally he comes forward to give her daughter to Soorya.

The betrayal, humiliation, bonding, dreams and comedy mixed in this film makes an interesting one to watch. Story writer Mohan has rewritten V.Ravichandran's 'Aham Premasmi' Kannada film script. There are some changes incorporated to make the film look better.

Anirudh is brilliant in various capacities in this film. Vidisha has done her best. Ananthnag facing the humiliation gives a good performance. Vinayaprakash, Roja and Vanitha Vasu supported well.

Three songs in this film are very well tuned by Rajesh Ramanath. Giri's cinematography is of good quality. The editing is another plus point of this film.

This is worth a dekko!

Scoring 7/10
