Nakkhul the younger brother of yesteryear heroine Devyani made his acting debut in Shankar's 'Boys' and gave several hits after that namely 'Kadhalil Vizhunthen', 'Maasilamani' and 'Vallinam'. His next release is 'Eriyum Kannadi' directed by R. Kannan that reunites him with Sunainaa on screen after many years.

Nakkhul married his longtime lover Sruti Bhaskar in 2016 and the couple's first child a baby girl was born on August 2nd. The musician cum actor posted "Hello Fam!

It has now been revealed that Nakkul and Sruti have named their daughter Akira and posted a specially designed poster to make the announcement. Their followers are complimenting the couple for coming up with a catchy and modern name.
