Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar and Naagin fame TV star Mouni Roy is all set to enthrall us with the first romantic track from the much-awaited film ‘Gold’. Titled “Naino Ne Baandhi”, the song is expected to be unveiled tomorrow and check out the first sneak peek into the song.

Crooned by Yasser Desai and penned by Arko, the song portrays the beautiful romance between a husband and a wife. In the new image, the couple is seen to be in the bedroom look at each other affectionately. Mouni is seen amazingly draped in a Bengali styled sari whereas Akshay is seen in a kurta.

The trailer that was released received roaring responses from the audiences within few days itself. The film which also features Kunal Kapoor, Amit Sadh, Vineet Singh and Sunny Kaushal has been shot in UK and India. It is a story set on the backdrop of India’s historic Olympic win in 1948. The film is a fictionalised tale and is not a sports biopic.

‘Gold’ that is slated to hit the screens on this Independence Day, August 15, marks 70 years of free India’s first gold medal at the 1948 Olympics.
