Naharin Nawaz, daughter of popular Mollywood celeb couple Kalabhavan Navas and Rahna, is all set to step in Malayalam cinema. The budding talent will be playing one of the lead roles in the upcoming Jithin Prakash directorial 'Confessions of a cuckoo'.

The film that tells the life story of two teenage girls living in an orphanage will have Naharin Nawaz playing the role of Naseema.

Navas is the son of Abubaker, a veteran actor who has played many notable roles in Malayalam cinema. Now his granddaughter has also followed the grandfather's steps. Also, Nahar's mother Rahna was also a noted actress in the acting industry. She quit cinema post her wedding.
