The title can be misleading, but the film will not have any coincidences with the Amitabh or Shah Rukh-starrer with the same name. Instead, it is about a don who deals with land mafia.

Given the bourgeoning real estate rates, it is a timely backdrop for the story of mafia stories. And like all Nagarjuna films, Don too is being shot extravagantly and the presentation is said to be ultra stylish.

Nag has repeated Anushka yet again in this movie.

Director-choreographer-turned music director Lawrence is said to have come up with some foot-tapping music for the film.

M L Kumar Choudhary is producing the film and it is likely to be released towards the end of December.
