The 55th International Film Festival of India is currently happening in Goa. Nagarjuna Akkineni attended the festival along with his family where he took part in a lot of panel discussions. During the interaction, Nag opened up on the impact that ANR has left on the INdian cinema.

What do you think about the impact that ANR has left on Indian cinema and culture, asked the interviewer.

Nagarjuna then answered, When you talk about culture, he believed in the family system. Most of his films are family-oriented. He believed in education, and most of his earlier films also show the protagonist and main lead educated. This transcends to the audience. When I say Indian culture, it is very important for him, and that's what he has always believed in, said Nagarjuna.

Later, when asked about a probable biopic of ANR's life, Nag says that it will not happen. According to Nagarjuna, a biopic on ANR is not feasible. He feels that there are many highs and negligible lows in ANR's life, making it difficult to attempt a biopic.

Instead, Nagarjuna plans to come up with a documentary on the life of ANR where ANR plays himself.
