The audio launch event of Nithin and Karunakaran's 'Chinnadaaana Nee Kosam' was held at Shilpa Kala Vedika in Hyderabad. Nagarjuna, V.V.Vinayak, Dil Raju, Nandini Reddy, Vijay Kumar Konda, Vikram K Kumar, Bellamkonda Suresh, Asian Films Chief Naryandas Narang etc have graced the event.

Anoop Rubens is the music director of this film. V.V.Vinayak launched the audio and gave the first copy to Narayanadas Narang.

V.V.Vinayak said, "I saw Nithin in an ad of 'Jayam' and thought he is a perfect fit for 'Dil'. I did that film with him and it turned out to be a super hit. Nithin is a talented actor and he works very hard. I've been a fan of Karunakaran from his first film, 'Tholiprema'. I hope this film will be an even bigger hit than Tholiprema "

Nagarjuna said, "Sudhakar Reddy is my close friend. He introduced a very good director like Vikram Kumar to us. I can't forget his help. We are going to do a project with Sudhakar Reddy soon.I hope 'Chinnadaana Nee Kosam' will be a big hit like Karunakaran's previous films".

Nithin said, "I decided to come to the industry after watching 'Toliprema'. Now I am very happy that I am doing a film with him. Anoop always gives good music to me and he once again gave an excellent score for this movie. I hope this film will be a good hit".
