If Naga Chaitanya awaits the launch of a family entertainer and rom-com in Kalyan Krishna's direction, Akhil awaits the launch of a Vikram Kumar movie.

Nag has been actively engaged in finalizing these scripts for his sons, especially Akhil's second outing. Devastated for a few days after the debacle of 'Akhil', he got lucky when Vikram re-appeared with the story he had narrated to Nag during the shoot of 'Manam'. Buoyed, the star lost no time in deciding to produce it.

The news is that the father Akkineni is reportedly planning to launch the film in such a way that it becomes a re-launch kinda thing for Akhil. The father-son duo are looking at putting the disaster of the maiden venture behind and start afresh. The re-launch kinda affair, to be held with much fanfare, is going to be held in October, though. This could mean that the film's budget is high.
