K Raghavendra Rao's next outing with Nagarjuna is going to be a devotional. The same has been confirmed by none other than the actor himself more than once. When Nag was recently asked as to when it will happen, he said that he and Raghavendra Rao will brainstorm on it once his current assignment (namely, Oopiri) is done with. Well, the same will be over by the end of this month and after the post-production works, Nag is likely to finalize the project with Raghavendra Rao.

The devotional film will tell the saga of Baba Haathi Ram ji, a legendary devotee of Lord Venkateswara of Tirumala. The legend has it that when this devotee, previously known by some other name, was in danger, the Lord himself came down to his rescue in the form of an elephant. Thus the name 'Haathi' for the Baba.

The film will surely to be awaited because of the Lord Venkateswara connection. The last time when the director-actor duo made a film on the Lord's devotee, it turned out to be an insuperable masterpiece! Watch this space, folks!
