After the film Pakal, M.A.Nishad has started his work for the second film titled Nagaram. The film has two female protagonists in the lead, played by Revathy and Gopika.

Kalabhavan Mani and Biju Menon will appear in the male lead of this film which is planned as realistic flick telling the story of lives of two desolate ladies left in the etiquette's of the city life.

The film scripted by Rajan Kiriyath will also feature Jagathy, Jagadheesh, Thilakan, Ashokan, Sudheesh and Sreeraman. The film will have a few good songs written by Girish Puthenchery and Asha Ramesh set to music by Mohan Sithaara.
