On the silver screen history is created today by Pen Movies Sajid Quereshi and century films director Kodi Ramakrishna. That is via Nagarahavu` – the head replacement of Dr Vishnuvardhana is top highlight of the film. An actor after demise getting such honor is for the first time in Indian cinema history. Producer Sajid Quereshi in Makuta CG graphics team spent nearly Rs.15 crores on this nine minutes stay of Dr Vishnuvardhana (icon of Kannada cinema industry who acted in 200 films – this is his 201st film after departure from earth) in this revenge saga cinema.

The film doing tough job, taking four years for final shape also took up wide publicity. It has also undertaken some social activity in the name of Nagarahavu`. This title is coming on Kannada screen for the third time.

The film at peak of technicality stars Ramya (Divya Spandana) in the lead role. She is having birth in this role. One is ordinary woman and the one via snake she takes revenge. For the final countdown the entry of Dr Vishnuvardhana completes the evaporation of bad elements on screen. Sai Kumar plays a prominent role of Shiva Bhaktha` in the film.

The presence of challenging star Darshan in a song has further lifted the craze for this film. This is the last Eastman color negative used Indian cinema according to cameraman of the film HC Venu. Nearly 1.20 lakh feet of shoot in negatives was later converted to digital technology. Diganth the handsome hunk of Kannada cinema is in lead role with Ramya but major portion of the film wrest on shoulders of Ramya. Ramesh Bhat, Mukul Dev, Amit Tiwari, Rajesh Vivek, Ravi Kaale and others are in the cast. Gurukiran has composed music for five songs in this film. Thriller Manju, Dr Ravi Verma stunts, Imran Sardaria, Ganesh Acharya in dance, Kaviraj in lyrics are major contributors for this film.
