'Nagarahavu' in 1500 theaters

The biggest release for October 14 – Nagarahavu in Kannada and its Tamil and Telugu version is heading for nearly 1500 theatres for screening. It is a record in the career of top director Kodi Ramakrishna.

Kannada film Nagarahavu` the 201st film of Dr Vishnuvardhana by Pen Movies that stars Ramya, Diganth, Saikumar and others in lead in HC Venu cinematography and one of the top directors of South India Kodi Ramakrishna direction by producer Sajid Quereshi is hitting silver screen in over 1100 theatres in Tamil and Telugu jointly.

In bringing back actor who is no more, the head replacement technique Rs.15 crore was spent on it. Nagarahavu` was incidentally Vishnuvardhan`s first as a lead actor back in 1973. Nagarahavu is about a woman transforming into a snake to seek revenge. Vishnuvardhan is said to play a mythical king who comes to the rescue.
