After the success of Devi`, director Vijay is awaiting his next Vanamagan` which releases next month. Meanwhile, he has started a new movie in the horror genre, Karu` which introduces Premam` girl Sai Pallavi to Tamil cinema.

Karu` is a Tamil/Telugu bilingual and the lead hero role has been bagged by Telugu actor Naga Shourya who also makes his debut in Tamil. Filming will begin soon and sources add that it will be a quickie.
