In a recent interview, Naga Chaitanya provided updates on the series, stating, We have completed my OTT series, Dhootha. All the post-production is almost done. It is in Telugu. But Amazon has a very big release plan for it. They want to do a proper nationwide streaming premiere of it. They will dub it in multiple languages.”
