Putting behind 'Thank You' and 'Laal Singh Chaddha', Naga Chaitanya is going to be back on the sets of a new movie tomorrow. He will start shooting for his 22nd film, which is a Telugu-Tamil bilingual. Directed by Kollywood filmmaker Venkat Prabhu, the untitled film has the 'Majili' and 'Love Story' actor romancing his 'Bangarraju' heroine Krithi Shetty.

The first schedule will commence at Ramoji Film City. The film will be shot separately in both languages. This one is Chay's Tamil-language debut.

Produced by Srinivasaa Silver Screen and presented by Pavan Kumar, the film will hit the screens next year. The film has music by the Ilaiyaraaja-Yuvan Shankar Raja duo. With dialogues by Abburi Ravi (of 'Major' and 'Kshanam' fame), NC22 seems to be one of the most expensive films in the career of the Akkineni hero.

Chay is also doing 'Dhootha'. Directed by Vikram Kumar, the Amazon Prime series will be released in early 2023. The web series' shoot was over months ago. Post-production and quality control checks are currently on.
